What do I need to do to place an order?
To place an order at you have to register on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are a YELOWPELOTA member, you can check the history of your account at any time.

What does a YELOWPELOTA account allow me to do?
When your account has been created, you will have access to a menu with options including: personal information, shipping details, order status, order history, discounts, etc..

How do I recover my forgotten password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can recover it in the LOGIN section. Enter your e-mail address and we’ll send you an e-mail telling you what you need to do.
In which countries is it possible to shop online?
You can currently shop in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, UK, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Monaco, Switzerland, USA, Japan, Poland, China and Canada.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Prices are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of tax (VAT included), and YELOWPELOTA reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Which are the means of payment accepted by YELOWPELOTA ? allows you to pay online by bank card: Visa, Visa electron or MasterCard. We also accept Paypal payment.

Are the payments by card really protected ? takes the security of the payments and the confidentiality of information that you give us very seriously. To this end, the site uses a protected mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encoding of your banking co-ordinates during their transmission over Internet. You can see that the transmission is encrypted by software from the padlock symbol which appears in your navigator. The transaction is carried out via La Caixa which alone receives the banking information provided on the site at the time of the payment. When you enter your bank card number to pay for your purchases, in reality you transmit your banking data directly to our bank, La Caixa, which records them in its highly-protected server. This information is not forwarded by any intermediary, not even, and is not stored either by our technical service providers.

Delivery time
Delivery is provided through the services of UPS 48h for Spain and Portugal and UPS Express Saver for the other destinations.
All items are shipped via UPS which does not include tracking, insurance or delivery confirmation. Please just select your country and the shipping cost charge will be automatically added to your order.
Once ordered this will be confirmed to you and the product usually send out within 2 to 5 days.

We always do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible.
Seesaw cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of products, when due to transport company delays.
Delivery policy
Our couriers will make a maximum of two attempts for delivery. If they are unable to do so successfully after the second attempt, your order will be sent back to our head office.
If you change the delivery address, there will be an extra charge, which you will have to defray and pay directly to the courier company.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Click on the order menu in your account and you will be able to track your order in real time.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

How do I return an article ordered on the site?
You have a legal right to 7 days as from the reception of the goods to announce to us your intention to return the product and your reason for this return.
Your request for return can be carried out by going to the YELOWPELOTA site to My Account: simply tick the product and the quantities to be returned, explain the reason for the return and validate by clicking on the “Create a Return”. The demand for the return will then be studied and replied to by mail. YELOWPELOTA will then send a return authorization number to be marked on the parcel, as well as the address for returning the items.?
As of reception of the return authorization email, you can return the chosen products, in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and the return sheet to the address indicated. The cost of returning the product is at your charge when you have a mistake making the order with sizes or references. In the cases that YELOWPELOTA made a mistake like send you a wrong size or wrong referente YELOWPELOTA will assume the shipping costs.

Which articles ordered on the site can be returned ?
Returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging. They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.

Which is the deadline for returning an item ?
You have a legal right to 7 days as from the reception of the goods to tell us your intention to return a product to us and the reason for this return. Once we have given you a return authorization number, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 7 working days. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, SEESAW reserves the right to proceed to cancellation of the exchange or return. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the return or exchange.

What happens to my items when they are returned ?
Upon reception of your return parcel and the validation by our services, you will receive a confirmation email of your item having been returned. Then YELOWPELOTA will create a credit for the amount which will appear in your online account. You will also receive a confirmation email for this credit.
Your credit note is valid for 6 months. It appears automatically in your shopping basket as soon as you have identified yourself on the site, using your email address and your password.

Can I ask for the refund of my credit note ?
You can request a refund of your credit note at any time during its period of validity. YELOWPELOTA is committed to refunding you by re-crediting your bank account within 30 days.

What is the policy as regards confidentiality?
